Since we provide a service whereby we purchase digital products on your behalf and share the products you are purchasing within our members area, we operate a No Refund Policy. By purchasing a product from our site, you agree that because of the digital nature of these type of products, that you offend If You No Longer Wished to possess a membership or subscription. Once the payment is completed and tools access provided, it cannot be refunded.

Service Downtime

We are constantly working towards 100% uptime and all tools being in working condition, however some downtime is to be expected. And so in such situations, we highly recommend that you to reach out to our support team right away. We will try our best to quick resolve the problem. However, there are no refunds for downtime or service suspension.

Cancellations

You can terminate your subscription any time you want through the account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle; however, you will not receive a refund for your most recent bill. You will have access to our service until the expiration of your paid subscription.

Exchange or Substitution

Exchanges and Substitutions We do not permit exchanges or substitutions for subscriptions or tools. You can also upgrade or downgrade your plan or tools at the start of the next billing period.
